The Annual Greenhouse Department has two openings
Greenhouse Assistant: We have two full time seasonal position. The first starts March 4 and second starts April 15 Horticultural experience is preferred, but the willingness to learn will also be taken into account. Competitive pay and an end of the season bonus are being offered. Please call or stop in to arrange an interview.
Responsibilities to include:
- Working along with Greenhouse Manager, transplanting, watering, displaying, maintaining and selling annuals and mums.
The Perennial Maintenance Department has two opening in our three-crew operation.
Garden and Landscape Maintenance Assistant: This is a full time seasonal position starting April 1 till October 31, (depending on the weather) working Monday - Friday. Working in a crew maintaining perennial and annual gardens and landscape material. Plant knowledge a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn and work hard important. A fun job for the right person. Viable drivers license needed. Competitive pay with an end of the season bonus. Ask for Donna to arrange an interview.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in gardening work at customer homes; weeding, edging, watering, pruning, mulching.
- Keeping trucks and tools accountable.
- Filling out job sheets and worksheets billing
